Ann Okuley, M. Ed., CRC, LPC (Vocational Program Manager)

Ann has experience in vocational rehabilitation and counseling for 30 years, which include time spent as a Vocational Rehabilitation Manager, BGSU Instructor, Vocational Evaluator, and Career Counselor.  Ann was recently awarded the 2014 NAMI Wood County Provider Appreciation Award!


Ric Powers,  BA., (Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator)

Ric is as veteran VRC, having 20 years of experience with Job Coaching and Job Development.  His area of focus is working with consumers with primarily mental health disabilities, and he is a participant advocate in helping this community with rehabilitation and vocational plans to help them achieve and maintain long-term employment.


Cheryl Bourne, MRC., (Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator)

Cheryl comes to us from Sunshine, Inc. as a Direct Service Manager, and has worked closely with the general mental health population. Cheryl will be focusing on building her caseload in an effort to help our Wood County residents achieve and maintain career success.


Corey Beard, MRC, CRC (Employment Specialist)

Corey is well known in the community as he comes from our partner agency, Behavioral Connections. He has many years of experience with the mental health population of Wood County, and has a solid foundation in vocational rehabilitation.  Corey is focusing on our new program, CareerLink IPS, which is a supported employment program model that provides more support for our clients throughout the process of going to work.


Ranee Urban, BBA (Data/Office Manager)

Ranee manages the office, but in addition to her core fiscal responsibilities, she also shares the management roles for the programs, including generating statistical reports for upper-management and marketing the programs.
